• Letter of Recommendation (LOR): Include a completed evaluation form or a letter of recommendation from your counselor or a teacher. It is best if the letter comes from someone who taught you math, science, or English. You must submit at least one letter, but you can submit up to three. You can send letters through the Common Application or mail them to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.

• Official or certified copies of your mark sheets for each subject, including any failed or reappeared mark sheets.
• If your official transcripts are not in English, provide the official transcript in your native language along with a certified translated English version.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) scores.
• SAT scores.

• A Personal Statement (optional).
