Students can join the installment program of the university by making a verbal or written request during the fall or spring semester. If students do not pay their tuition and fees in full, they will enter the installment program if they have paid at least the down payment amount. If not, classes will be dropped.

The installment program typically requires a 50% down payment. The next 25% is due about 30 days after the semester starts, and the final 25% is due about 60 days after the semester starts. A non-refundable service charge of $20 applies to this program.

A late fee of $15 will be charged starting the day after each installment due date for any late payments. Any reductions in fees due to drops or withdrawals for students in the installment program will be calculated as a percentage of the total fees, not based on partial payments.
