    Step Three: Application Fees

    Students can join the installment program of the university by asking verbally or in writing during the fall or spring semester. If students do not pay all tuition and fees upfront, they will be placed in the installment program if they have paid at least the down payment amount. If not, classes will be dropped.

    The installment program usually requires a 50% down payment. The next 25% is due about 30 days after the semester starts, and the final 25% is due about 60 days after the semester starts. A non-refundable service charge of $20 applies to the installment program.

    A late fee of $15 will be charged starting from the day after an installment payment is due for each late payment. Fee reductions for students in the installment program due to drops or withdrawals are based on the total fees, not on any partial payments.
