Frequently Asked Questions

What if the online application system isn't working properly?

The Graduate School Help Desk can assist applicants with any issues they may have with the online application procedure. The help desk can be reached by phone at (513) 556-1496 or by e-mail at gradhelpdesk@uc.edu during normal business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time Zone) Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
My current/previous school does not employ a grade point average (GPA) system. What is the procedure for filling out the GPA section of the online application?

In this case, applicants have two options for filling out the GPA area. Students might start by entering a zero for their undergraduate GPA. A zero indicates that an applicant's current or former school does not employ a GPA system, according to UC graduate programmes. Second, you can convert your grades to a 4.0 GPA scale using an online GPA calculator.
My application has been submitted. How can I check my admission status?

In general, admissions choices begin to be issued in February, but some judgments may not be released until April or May. Through the Application Management system, the college will keep you updated through email.
