The Aga Khan Foundation is a popular international non-governmental organization based in the Middle East. The foundation’s International Scholarship Program (ISP), known as Aga Khan Foundation Scholarship, supports deserving students from developing countries to study postgraduate courses at recognized universities in USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Singapore, Sweden, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland.
The Aga Khan Foundation Scholarship is a half grant and half loan, meaning that the recipients are bound to repay 50% of their scholarship amount. The repayment starts after 6 months of course completion to 5 years. If the student is continuing studies or working in a developing country after education, the repayment begins two years after the course completion.
