Prepare the following additional documents:

• Two sets of official transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended, along with English translations.
• All academic work, including semester mark sheets, a consolidated transcript, and a degree certificate (or a provisional certificate if your degree is not yet awarded).
• Official GRE or GMAT Score Report (if applicable).
• Official English Proficiency Score Report.
• A financial statement (no older than 6 months) and a Sacramento State Financial Affidavit to show your funding source (sponsored, self-funded, etc.).
