To apply, students must have completed high school. Required subjects include: 4 units of English, 3 to 4 units of Mathematics (which can include Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-calculus, or Calculus), 2 to 4 units of Foreign Language, 3 to 4 units of Laboratory Science (which can include Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics), and 3 to 4 units of History/Social Science. Students interested in math, engineering, business, and science should take an extra lab science and math class, preferably Pre-calculus or Calculus.
