Step One: Prepare Documents for Application

• Letters of Recommendation (LOR): You need to submit two letters of recommendation from a teacher and/or counselor. This is part of your application.
• Essays: Write a 500-word essay as part of your application. For the Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management (BS in HIIM), include a typed autobiographical essay of at least 300-500 words. Answer these questions: Why do you want to enter the HIIM profession? What life or work experiences lead you to pursue a degree in HIIM? What are your career goals, and how will a bachelor’s degree in HIIM help you achieve those goals?
• CV: Submit a professional resume for the Bachelor of Architecture (BArch).

• Undergraduate Application: Submit an official or certified copy of all secondary and post-secondary records and/or examination results. If you have credentials from non-U.S. institutions, they must be evaluated by a foreign credential evaluation agency.
• College Credits: If you have earned college credit through AICE, AP, IB, or CLEP, submit all results from these programs.
• English Proficiency: If English is not your native language, submit official TOEFL and/or IELTS test scores.
• GED Transcript: If applicable, submit your official GED transcript.
• Standardized Test Scores: Submit official ACT [code: 0726] and/or Redesigned SAT [code: 5215] results if you are entering as a freshman or sophomore transfer student.
• Copy of Passport: Include a copy of your passport.
• International Student Financial Statement: Complete this statement as required.
• For B.Arch: Include a professional statement and a satisfactory portfolio review score.
