Step One: Prepare Documents for Application

• Letters of Recommendation (LOR): You need to submit two letters of recommendation from a teacher and/or counselor as part of your application.
• Essays: A 500-word essay is required for your application. For Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management (HIIM): Write a typed autobiographical essay of 300-500 words. This should include: Your reason for wanting to enter the HIIM profession. Life and work experiences that lead you to pursue a degree in HIIM. Your career goals and how a bachelor’s degree in HIIM will help you achieve those goals.
• CV: Submit a professional resume for the Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) program.

Step Two: Additional Documents Required

• Undergraduate Application: Submit an official or certified copy of all secondary and post-secondary records and examination results. If you have credentials from non-U.S. institutions, they must be evaluated by a foreign credential evaluation agency.
• Submit all AICE, AP, IB, or CLEP results if you have earned college credit through these programs.
• English Proficiency: If English is not your native language, submit official TOEFL and/or IELTS test scores.
• GED Transcript: Submit your official GED transcript if applicable.
• Standardized Test Scores: Submit official ACT [code: 0726] and/or Redesigned SAT [code: 5215] results if you are entering as a freshman or sophomore transfer student.
• Copy of Passport: Include a copy of your passport.
• International Student Financial Statement: Complete this statement as part of your application.
• For Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch): Include a professional statement and a satisfactory portfolio review score.
