Application Process for Washington University of Science and Technology

Step One: Gather Additional Documents

• Application Forms: Complete all required application forms.
• Previous Degree and Official Transcripts: Submit your previous degree certificates and official transcripts.
• Financial Documents: Provide original or certified copies of bank statements that show your transaction history. These should be dated within six months of your application and prove you have enough funds to cover one academic year of study in the U.S. The required amounts are: For Undergraduate programs: $22,178.00 For Graduate programs: $20,760.00
• Evidence of English Proficiency: Submit proof of your English language skills.
• Statement of Purpose: While not required at this time, it is highly recommended. You can submit a 150-250 word statement explaining why you want to attend WUST and your goals.
• ID or Passport: F-1 visa applicants must provide a copy of their passport, including the inside cover and signature page. You will need to present your visa when arriving in the U.S. or when transferring to the university.

Step Three: Pay Application Fees

• Application Fee: The fee is USD 75, which is approximately INR 6,320.
• Payment Method: Payments can be made using a credit card.
• Payment Plan: At least 20% of the total tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration. 50% is due by the end of the 4th week, and the full amount (100%) must be paid by the end of the 8th week.
• Payment Plan Setup Fee: A fee of $30 will be charged to set up a payment plan, which is due at the time of setting it up.
