Application Process for Washington University of Science and Technology

Step One: Additional Documents Required

• Previous Degree and Official Transcripts
• Financial Documents You must provide an original or certified (notarized) copy of your bank statement(s). This should show your transaction history and be dated within 6 months of your application. The statement must show that you have enough money to cover one (1) academic year of study in the U.S. The required amounts are: For Undergraduate programs: $22,178.00 For Graduate programs: $20,760.00
• Evidence of English Proficiency
• Statement of Purpose While not required, it is highly recommended to submit a statement of purpose. You can write 150-250 words explaining why you want to attend Washington University of Science and Technology and share your goals and dreams.
• ID or Passport If you are applying for an F-1 visa, you must submit a copy of your passport (including the inside cover and signature page). You need to show your visa when you arrive in the U.S. or when transferring to the university.
