12th Grade

To apply, students must have completed high school with a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Required subjects include: - **English**: Literature (American, English, World) with Grammar, Usage, and Advanced Composition Skills. - **Mathematics**: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, and a fourth advanced math unit. - **Science**: Four science units, including two with laboratory work. Students need at least one unit of Biology, one of Physical Science or Physics, one of Chemistry, and a fourth science. - **Social Science**: One unit in U.S. Studies and one in World Studies. - **Foreign Language or Computer Science**: Two units of the same foreign language focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing, or two units of computer science with an emphasis on coding and programming. If the GPA is below 3.2, students must also meet minimum SAT or ACT scores. For SAT taken after March 2016, the minimum scores are 480 in Evidence-Based Reading and Writing and 440 in Math. For the ACT, the minimum scores are 17 in English or Reading and 17 in Math.
