Step One: Prepare Documents for Application

• Letters of Recommendation (LOR) You need to submit two letters of recommendation.
• Essays Write an essay explaining why you want to pursue a degree and how it will help you achieve your career goals. The essay should be 350 words for undergraduate applicants and 500 words for graduate applicants.
• CV A professional resume is required.

Step Two: Additional Documents Required

• Official Transcripts You must provide official transcripts from all prior undergraduate and graduate programs. These should be mailed or emailed directly to Monroe College’s International Admissions office.
• Translation If your transcripts are not in English, you must include a translation.
• Goal Statement An additional writing sample may be required.
• Proof of English Language Proficiency You need to show proof of your English language skills.
