Application Process for Northwest Missouri State University

• A copy of your passport.
• Official ACT or SAT scores to check if you qualify for scholarships (if available).

These documents must be sent to the International Involvement Center before getting your I-20 form:

• A statement of support from a family member or sponsor. This form is provided by Northwest Missouri State University and should state how much support they will give you and for how many years.
• A bank statement showing that the sponsor has enough money as stated in the support form. This statement can be sent electronically and must include available funds, the account holder's name and number, the date it was issued, and a signature from a bank official.
