Students must have a Higher Secondary Certificate, Indian School Certificate, or All India and Delhi Senior School Certificate. They need to have above average grades, generally 60% or better. All applicants should complete the following high school courses: 4 units of English, 4 units of math (including Algebra II or above), 3 units of science, 3 units of social studies, 2 units of foreign language, 1 unit of visual or performing arts, and 4 additional elective units. For admission to the Russ College, it's required to have four years of college preparatory math, and one year of chemistry or physics, plus one additional science course (physics, chemistry, or biology) is strongly recommended.
