What happened, and what did you learn from it? Reflect on a moment when you challenged a belief or idea. What made you act? Would you do it again? Explain a problem you have solved or want to solve. Why is it important to you, and what steps did you take or could take to find a solution? Discuss a significant event that marked your growth from childhood to adulthood within your culture, community, or family.

• Official transcripts, diplomas, and leaving examination scores from your secondary and post-secondary schools.
• Proof of English proficiency test scores.
