Purdue University Northwest offers a Master of Science (MS) in Couple and Family Therapy that lasts for 30 months. The tuition fee for this program is USD 16,946. Step One: Prepare Documents for Application

Statement of Purpose (SOP)

Write a statement of purpose that is 300-500 words long. In your SOP, you should include:

• Your reason for starting or continuing your graduate study.
• Why you want to study at Purdue University Northwest.
• Your career goals, professional plans, and research interests.
• You can also talk about any special situations in your background and share your skills, awards, achievements, published works, or work history.

Letters of Recommendation (LOR)

Provide three letters of recommendation from people who can support your application.

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Include a résumé or curriculum vitae (CV) that outlines your education and work experience.

Step Two: Additional Documents Required

• A copy of your official undergraduate transcripts or previous coursework.
• Transcripts in English from every college or university you attended, even if you did not finish your degree.
• Your diploma (degree certificate) in English.
• Proof of your English language skills.
• A 1000-word autobiographical statement that answers these questions:
• Why do you want to become a marriage and family therapist?
• What is your personal history and how has it shaped your decision?
• What is your professional history and how has it shaped your decision?
• What are your professional goals?
• What personal traits will help you be a good family therapist?
• How do you respond to the Couple and Family Therapy Program’s Diversity Statement?

Step Three: Start Your Online Application

Begin your application by filling out the online form on the Purdue University Northwest website.

Step Four: Application Fees for This Course

The application fee is USD 75, which is about INR 6,320.

You can pay by credit card. Students can also choose a payment plan to spread out their payments over several months.

When you sign up for a payment plan, a down payment and a non-refundable setup fee of $15 will be taken from your account on the day you enroll. The rest of your payments will be deducted automatically on the due dates.

Currently, the following payment plan is available:

• 4 Pay Plan for Spring 2023: Students can enroll until January 13th. You will pay 25% when you enroll, and the other 75% will be split into three payments of 25% each, deducted on February 13th, March 13th, and April 13th.
