Purdue University Northwest Application Process

Step One: Prepare Documents for Application

Statement of Purpose (SOP): Write a statement of purpose that is about 500 words long. Explain why you want to start or continue your graduate studies, your reasons for choosing Purdue University Northwest, and your career goals and research interests.

Letters of Recommendation (LOR): You need to submit three letters of recommendation.

Resume/CV: Include your resume or CV in your application.

Step Two: Additional Documents Required

Official Academic Transcripts: Provide transcripts in English from all colleges or universities you have attended, even if you did not finish your degree.

Diploma: Submit your diploma or degree certificate issued in English.

Proof of English Language Proficiency: Include proof that shows you can speak and write in English well.

Passport: A copy of your passport is also required.

Step Three: Start Your Online Application

You need to fill out your application online. Follow the instructions on the Purdue University Northwest website to begin.

Step Four: Application Fees for This Course

The application fee is USD 75 (about INR 6.32 Thousand).

Mode of Payment: You can pay using a credit card.

You can also choose a payment plan to spread out your payments over a few months. When you sign up, a down payment and a non-refundable setup fee of $15 will be taken from your account. After that, the remaining payments will be deducted automatically on the due dates.

The available payment plan for Spring 2023 is:

• 4 Pay Plan: Enroll by January 13th.
• 25% is due when you enroll, and the next three payments of 25% will be taken on February 13th, March 13th, and April 13th.

Step Five: Application Deadlines

Spring Semester: Deadline is October 15th.

Summer Semester: Deadline is March 15th.
