• Time Option Payment Plan (TOPP): This program allows you to make equal monthly payments towards your semester balance. You must enroll in TOPP each semester you wish to use it. The initial application fee for TOPP is $50.00, which is non-refundable.
• To enroll in the TOPP program, you must do so online through SOLAR under "Campus Financial Services." Make sure you have paid any previous semester balances in full to be eligible for this program.
