The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) offers a Master of Science in Physics through its Department of Physics. Application Process for the University of Alabama at Birmingham

Step One: Prepare Your Documents

• Letters of Recommendation (LOR) Three letters of recommendation are required.

Step Two: Additional Documents Required

• Transcripts Submit transcripts from all post-secondary institutions you attended. Original transcripts or mark sheets with an official stamp must be sent to the Graduate School. Copied, faxed, or scanned transcripts are not accepted. A separate statement confirming degree conferral (degree statement) with an official stamp is also needed. Transcripts and degree statements must be in the original language of the international institution and also translated into English. If you provide an approved transcript evaluation (like ECE or WES report), you do not need to submit English translations.

• The application fee is USD 60 (approximately INR 5.06 Thousand).
• Payment Methods: Credit card or Debit card.
• For fall and spring semesters, UAB offers two payment options: Option 1: Standard Payment Schedule If you register between the day after the payment deadline and the end of drop/add, you must pay 100% of your account balance within 24 hours of registration. Option 2: Blazer Flex Plan Your account balance will be divided into three monthly payments, each due by the date on the Academic Calendar. A $25 enrollment fee will also be charged.
