• Goal Statement The goal statement should cover the applicant's professional background, any previous research or teaching experience, and the reasons for pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering Management. The statement should also outline future educational and career goals after completing the master's degree. If the applicant wants to complete a Master’s thesis, they must describe their specific research interests and name at least one UCF faculty member with a similar research focus who could be a potential thesis advisor. The goal statement should be between 500 and 1,000 words.
