• All official academic transcripts must be submitted.
• If your documents are in a language other than English, you must provide a certified translation in English along with the original documents.
• You must provide a course-by-course credential evaluation with GPA calculation.
• Credential evaluations are accepted from World Education Services (WES) or Josef Silny and Associates, Inc. only.
• English Language proficiency scores are needed.
• Financial documentation must be included.
• A copy of your passport is required.
• An affidavit of support is needed (if applicable).
• Proof of immunization is necessary.
