If applicants do not meet the minimum 3.00 GPA, they can still be considered for admission if they have either earned an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher in their last 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits, worked in a related field for over 5 years, obtained a letter of support from a faculty member, or written a detailed statement describing their professional experience and ability to succeed academically.

Statement of Purpose (SOP)

Avoid discussing previous institutions or faculty unless there is something noteworthy that is not commonly known.
• Thematic Approach: This method organizes your statement around one or two key themes related to your research area or major interest.

Letters of Recommendation (LOR)

Three letters of recommendation are required. Recommenders can upload these letters directly into the application form. The letters must:

• Be on official letterhead
• Include personal contact information and a signature
• Have a current date

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

A CV or resume of one to two pages is required. It should summarize your qualifications, honors, education, and interests. Your resume should include:
