• Official transcripts from all degrees.
• A one-page personal statement that clearly describes your goals in public health. Include any professional or research experience you have.
• GRE scores are not needed for the following MPH concentrations: Global Health, Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences, Health Policy, and Epidemiology.
• GRE scores are required for the MPH concentration in Biostatistics.
• Proof of English Language Proficiency (ELP) scores.
• A copy of your passport.
