Master of Public Health at University of New Mexico

The University of New Mexico (UNM) offers a Master of Public Health program through its School of Medicine. This course lasts for 18 months. To enroll in this program, students need to pay tuition fees of $28,873. For admission, UNM accepts several English language proficiency tests, including IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, and PTE.

The Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) program at the University of New Mexico (UNM) takes a broad and team-based approach to tackle health issues.

To be considered for admission, applicants must have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts from an accredited US institution or a recognized foreign institution. They need a GPA of at least 3.0 in upper-level undergraduate courses (level 300-400) or nine credit hours with a GPA of 3.0 or better in public health graduate courses. Additionally, a GPA of at least 3.0 in undergraduate basic statistics or a graduate-level basic biostatistics course taken within the last seven years is required.
