Application Process for University of Pennsylvania

Step 1: Prepare Your Documents

• Letters of Recommendation (LOR): Submit two official Letters of Recommendation. One letter must be from a faculty member who knows your academic capabilities well.
• Essays: Write an essay of two pages or less answering the following questions: Why are you interested in this program? What have you done that makes you a great candidate? How will you benefit from the program? How do you plan to contribute to the student community in Penn Engineering? Why will you succeed in the program? What will you do or accomplish after completing the program?
• CV/Resume: Include an updated CV or resume.

Step 2: Additional Documents Required

• Submit an unofficial transcript from each university or college attended where you earned course credit.
• Submit your GRE score (optional).
• Submit your TOEFL or IELTS score.

SRFS offers a five-payment plan with an enrollment deadline of December 14, 2021, and a first payment date of December 15, 2021. Alternatively, you can choose a four-payment plan with the same enrollment deadline and first payment date.

The Penn Payment Plan is a flexible, interest-free installment plan to help spread educational expenses over five payments each semester. This plan runs from July to November for the fall semester and December to April for the spring semester, with a $45 non-refundable enrollment fee per semester.
