Application Process for the University of South Dakota

Step One: Additional Documents Required

• Official transcripts from all secondary and post-secondary education.

• Official Financial Ability Form.
• Certification of finances, such as official bank documents.
• A valid, unexpired passport.
• A copy or scan of the passport pages that show your photo, date of birth, passport number, expiration date, and signature (if any). If your passport has a current extension stamp, include a photocopy or scan of that page as well.

Fall Semester

• If you enroll by July 31, you need to pay in 4 installments.
• If you enroll by August 21, you need to pay in 3 installments.
• If you enroll by September 1, you need to pay in 2 installments with a 35% down payment.

Spring Semester

• If you enroll by December 29, you need to pay in 4 installments.
