• Applicants must submit certified transcripts showing all previous academic courses, including post-secondary education.
• Medical Information: Complete a Physician’s Evaluation Form and a Medical History Form, filled out by a physician, showing the applicant’s mental and physical fitness for college-level studies. Provide documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) immunization. Proof of immunization for meningitis and hepatitis B, or a signed waiver showing the applicant’s choice not to get vaccinated.
• Provide proof of medical insurance that meets the university's policy requirements.
• Certification of Finances.
• Proof of English language proficiency.
• Standardized test score (ACT or SAT).

Mode of Payment: Credit Card

The University of West Florida offers a payment plan that allows you to pay in up to five installments for the fall and spring semesters. For the summer semester, you can pay in up to four installments. The number of installments available depends on when you enroll in the payment plan.

To be eligible for the payment plan, you must have an account balance of $300 or more.

Please note that late payments will incur fees: $100 for tuition and $50 for housing.
