• Applicants must submit certified transcripts showing all previous academic work, including post-secondary education.
• Complete and submit the following medical information: A Physician’s Evaluation Form and a Medical History Form filled out by a doctor, showing the applicant’s mental and physical fitness for college-level study. Documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) immunization. Proof of immunization for meningitis and hepatitis B, or a signed waiver indicating the applicant’s informed choice not to get vaccinated.
• Provide proof of medical insurance that meets the University’s policy requirements.
• Certification of finances.
• Proof of English language proficiency.
• Standardized test scores (ACT or SAT).

Step Three: Application Fees

• Application fee: USD 30 (approximately INR 2.53 thousand).
• Payment method: Credit card.
• The University offers a payment plan with up to five installments for the fall and spring semesters and up to four installments for the summer semester. The number of installments depends on when the applicant enrolls in the payment plan.
• An account balance of $300 or more is needed to qualify for the payment plan.
• Late payments will incur late fees: tuition $100 and housing $50.
• A one-time enrollment fee of $15 will be added to the first payment.
