Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at University of West Florida

Step One: Additional Documents Required

• Applicants must submit certified transcripts showing all previous academic work, including post-secondary education.
• Applicants must complete and submit the following medical information: A Physician’s Evaluation Form and a Medical History Form filled out by a doctor, confirming the applicant’s physical and mental fitness for college-level study. Documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) immunization. Proof of immunization for meningitis and hepatitis B, or a signed waiver stating the applicant’s informed choice not to be vaccinated.
• Applicants must provide proof of medical insurance that meets the university's policy requirements.
• Certification of Finances.
• Proof of English language proficiency.
• Standardized test score (ACT or SAT).

Step Three: Application Fees

• The application fee is USD 30 (approximately INR 2.53 Thousand).
• Mode of payment: Credit card.
• The University of West Florida offers a payment plan with up to five installments for the fall and spring semesters. For the summer semester, there is a payment plan with up to four installments. The number of installments available depends on when the applicant enrolls in the payment plan.
• An account balance of $300 or more is needed to qualify for the payment plan.
• Late payments will incur fees: tuition late fee is $100 and housing late fee is $50.
• A one-time enrollment fee of $15 will be added to the first payment.
