• Applicants must submit certified transcripts showing all past academic work, including post-secondary education.
• Complete and submit the following medical information: A Physician’s Evaluation Form and a Medical History Form filled out by a doctor, showing the applicant’s mental and physical fitness for college-level studies. Documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) immunization. Proof of immunization for meningitis and hepatitis B, or a signed waiver stating the applicant’s choice not to be vaccinated. Proof of medical insurance that meets University policy requirements.

Step Three: Application Fees

• Application fee: USD 30 (approximately INR 2.53 Thousand).
• Payment method: Credit card.
• The University offers a payment plan that allows up to five installments for the fall and spring semesters and up to four installments for the summer semester. The number of installments available depends on when the applicant enrolls in the plan.
• An account balance of $300 or more is needed to qualify for the payment plan.
• Late payments will incur fees: $100 for tuition and $50 for housing.
• A one-time enrollment fee of $15 will be added to the first payment.
