Step One: Additional Documents Required

Applicants must submit certified transcripts showing all previous academic work, including post-secondary education.

Applicants must complete and submit the following medical information:

• A Physician’s Evaluation Form and a Medical History Form completed by a doctor, stating that the applicant is fit, both mentally and physically, to take part in college-level studies.
• Documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) immunization.
• Proof of immunization for meningitis and hepatitis B, or a signed waiver showing the applicant's choice not to get vaccinated.
• Proof of medical insurance that meets the university's requirements.

Applicants must also provide:

• Certification of finances.
• Proof of English language proficiency.
• Standardized test score (ACT or SAT).

Step Three: Application Fees

The application fee for this course is:

Payment can be made using a credit card. The University of West Florida offers a payment plan that allows students to pay in installments:

• Up to five installments for the fall and spring semesters.
• Up to four installments for the summer semester.

The number of installments depends on when the applicant enrolls in the payment plan. An account balance of $300 or more is needed to qualify for the payment plan. Late payments may incur fees: $100 for tuition and $50 for housing.

Additionally, there is a one-time enrollment fee of $15 on top of the first payment.
