BS Global Hospitality and Tourism at University of West Florida

Application Process for The University of West Florida

Step One: Additional Documents Required

• Applicants must submit certified transcripts showing all previous academic work, including post-secondary education.
• Medical Information: A Physician’s Evaluation Form and a Medical History Form must be completed by a physician. These forms should confirm the applicant’s mental and physical fitness to study at the college level. Documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) immunization is required. Proof of immunization for meningitis and hepatitis B is needed, or a signed waiver indicating the applicant’s choice not to be vaccinated.
• Proof of medical insurance that meets the University’s requirements must be provided.
• Certification of Finances is necessary.
• Proof of English language proficiency must be submitted.
• A standardized test score (ACT or SAT) is required.

Step Three: Application Fees

• The application fee is USD 30, which is approximately INR 2.53 thousand.
• Payment Mode: Credit Card.
• The University offers a payment plan: For fall and spring semesters, students can pay in up to five installments. For the summer semester, payment can be made in up to four installments. The number of installments available depends on when the applicant enrolls in the payment plan. An account balance of $300 or more is required to be eligible for the payment plan. Late payments will incur fees: $100 for tuition and $50 for housing. A one-time enrollment charge of $15 will be added to the first payment.
