Application Process for The University of West Florida

Step One: Additional Documents Required

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• Certified transcripts showing all previous academic work, including post-secondary education.
• A completed Physician’s Evaluation Form and a Medical History Form from a doctor, confirming the applicant's fitness to study at the college level.
• Documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) immunization.
• Proof of immunization for meningitis and hepatitis B, or a signed waiver stating the applicant's choice not to be vaccinated.
• Proof of medical insurance that meets university requirements.
• Certification of Finances.
• Proof of English language proficiency.
• Standardized test score (ACT or SAT).

Step Three: Application Fees

The application fee for this program is:

• USD 30 (approximately INR 2.53 Thousand).

Payment can be made using a credit card. The University of West Florida offers a payment plan that allows you to pay in installments:

• Up to four installments for the summer semester.

The number of installments depends on when you enroll in the payment plan. You need an account balance of $300 or more to qualify for the payment plan. Please note that late payments will incur fees: $100 for tuition and $50 for housing. There is also a one-time enrollment fee of $15 added to the first payment.
