BS Mathematics at University of West Florida

The University of West Florida (UWF) offers a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics that lasts for four years. The tuition fee for this program is $19,241. Step 1: Additional Documents Required

Applicants must submit certified transcripts showing all previous academic work, including post-secondary education.

Applicants need to complete and submit the following medical information:

• A Physician’s Evaluation Form and a Medical History Form filled out by a doctor, confirming the applicant's mental and physical fitness for college-level study.
• Documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) immunization.
• Proof of immunization for meningitis and hepatitis B, or a signed waiver indicating the applicant's choice not to get vaccinated.
• Proof of medical insurance that meets the university's policy requirements.

Additionally, applicants must provide:

• Certification of finances.
• Proof of English language proficiency.
• Standardized test scores (ACT or SAT).

The University of West Florida offers a payment plan with up to five installments for the fall and spring semesters. For the summer semester, there is a payment plan with up to four installments. The number of installments available depends on when the applicant enrolls in the payment plan.

To qualify for the payment plan, an account balance of $300 or more is needed.

Late payments will incur fees: a tuition late fee of $100 and a housing late fee of $50.

A one-time enrollment charge of $15 will be added to the first payment.
