Step One: Additional Documents Required

• Submit a copy of your passport information page that shows your photo, name, and date of birth.
• Provide complete and official academic records from each college or university you have attended. This includes individual semester transcripts, if applicable. If your transcripts are not in English, attach a certified English translation.
• Submit an official confirmation of your bachelor's degree.
• Fill out and submit the I-20 request form (PDF) along with a current official bank statement in U.S. dollars.
• Proof of English language proficiency is required.
• You may also need to submit a statement of your educational and professional goals and areas of interest, along with two letters of recommendation. These letters should confirm your readiness for graduate research and your suitability to work as a teaching assistant.

Step Three: Application Fees for This Course

There are two payment options available for students:

• Option 1: Enroll in the 4-payment plan for a $25 application fee. You can keep your student registration with a 5% down payment plus the application fee (after financial aid). The remaining balance will be split into equal monthly payments.
• Option 2: Enroll in the 4-payment plan with a Prior Term Balance for a $50 application fee. This option is for students who have a prior term balance of up to $999.99 and want to pay this balance along with the current term charges over four payments. You must pay 5% of the total amount owed (current term plus prior term balance) plus the application fee at the time you enroll.
