ANU offers unique, modern degrees designed to meet the challenges of the future - preparing you for success in today’s changing world. The various undergraduate courses offered by the college of engineering are Bachelor of Technology (Honors) and Bachelor of Technology (R&D) (Honors).
While a Plethora of Degrees is offered in the Master’s Degree, They are:
Master of Engineering in Renewable Energy requires the completion of 96 units.
Apart from these, there are postgraduate degrees for research too. The ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science offers two Higher Degree by Research (HDR) degrees: the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and the Master of Philosophy (MPhil). Both degrees involve producing high-quality original research under the close supervision of a panel of world-class academic staff. HDR students produce a thesis that describes their research, which is assessed by external examiners at the end of the program.
In addition, the college also provides financial assistance to HDR students.
The college fosters partnership with business, government and not-for-profit organizations, to arrive at real-world impacts. The focus is on giving rise to leaders who transform society, business, and economies. The ANU College of Business and Economics has the smallest class sizes and its graduates happen to be the most employable.
The enrolled students have access to a number of facilities such as the Venture Lab, connect hub, Behavioral Lab, College Bookable Rooms, Honors Lab, One-button studio, etc.The ANU College of Business and Economics provides the students with bachelor’s, master and doctorate degrees.

The ANU College of Law provides degrees such as Bachelors in Law (honours), Master of Laws (LLM) and Juris Doctor. Across undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees, the ANU College of Law provides a unique understanding of current law and policy, with our alumni working not only as lawyers but as agents for social change, improving public policy and enhancing global diplomacy.
The ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) set bars both nationally and internationally in education, research and community engagement across the fields of social sciences, humanities, and creative arts. The researchers from the college create an environment which is conducive to debates and public policy with the help of media outreach, consultations, media outreach and their own research. The college’s disciplines are placed in rankings of above or well above world standard in the Excellence in Research Australia rankings by the Australian Research Council.
