Application Process for DePaul University

• Your past experience in public health (250 words).
• Your reasons for wanting to earn an MPH degree in community health practice or social epidemiology (250 words).
• Your reasons for wanting to study for an MPH degree at DePaul University (150 words).

• What makes you unique that the admission committee should know (150 words).
