Application Process for The George Washington University

Step One: Prepare Documents for Application

Statement of Purpose (SOP)
You need to write a statement of purpose. This essay should be up to 500 words. In it, talk about your long-term and short-term career goals. Explain how your past experiences have shaped these goals. Also, mention why you want to study for a graduate business degree now. You can include any related qualifications, such as college achievements, professional experience, community activities, and any other important accomplishments that are not in your application.

You need to submit two letters of recommendation. These should come from professional or academic references.

Step Two: Additional Documents Required

Make sure to provide the following documents:

• Transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended, even if you did not earn credit or if the credit appears on another transcript.
• GMAT Score or GRE Score (optional).
• Proof of English Language Proficiency (ELP) scores.
• Financial support documents.
• A clear copy of the biographical page of your passport, showing the expiration date.

Payment Mode: Credit card

Students can pay their fees in monthly installments. The monthly payment plan allows students or authorized users to pay the tuition and fees for the Fall and Spring semesters in four equal payments per semester, and for the Summer semester in three equal payments.

Payments should be scheduled via ACH or credit card on the 10th of each month from July to October for the Fall semester, and from December to March for the Spring semester. This monthly payment plan is interest-free as long as payments are made on time and in full.
