Application Process for Indiana University Indianapolis

Step One: Additional Documents Required

• Submit complete academic records from all secondary schools and universities you have attended.
• Include records of any coursework you are currently taking.
• If your academic records are not in English, provide copies in the original language and translated copies in English from an official translation agency.
• Proof of English language proficiency is required.
• Submit financial documentation.
• If you plan to enroll at IUPUI more than 3 months after finishing secondary school, you need to explain what you have done since graduation.
• Submit a copy of your Passport ID Page.
