BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Missouri State University

Missouri State University (MSU) offers a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology through its Department of Cooperative Engineering. They need a minimum GPA of 2.00 in the following subjects: - English/Language Arts: Includes English, literature, speech, debate, and journalism (if focused on writing). - Mathematics: Covers algebra I, geometry, algebra II, trigonometry, pre-calculus, and math analysis. - Social Studies: Includes world history, American history, American government, state/regional history, democracy principles, civics, psychology, sociology, economics, political science, geography. - Science: Covers biology, chemistry, physics, anatomy and physiology, botany, zoology, integrated science, physical science, earth science, and environmental science. - Fine Arts: Includes art, music (band, orchestra, choir, music appreciation or music theory), dance, drama, and theatre appreciation. - Academic Electives: Should be chosen from a foreign language and/or the subjects above or computer science. It is strongly recommended to have two units of a foreign language.
