Orange Coast College (OCC) was founded in 1947 and began classes in 1948. It is a public community college located in Costa Mesa, California. OCC is known as one of the best transfer community colleges in the United States. It is part of the Coast Community College District and is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
